Terms of Service

WorkSysPro is provided for business use in estimating, proposals, customer management, and related workflows. You may use the service only in compliance with these Terms and applicable law.

You are responsible for the acts and omissions of anyone who accesses the service through your account or tenant workspace, including employees, contractors, and invited users.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized access or security incident affecting your use of the service.

You retain ownership of the customer, proposal, branding, and operational data you submit to the service. You grant us the rights necessary to host, process, transmit, back up, and display that data solely to provide and support the service.

You represent that you have all rights and permissions needed to use the data you place into the platform and to send customer communications, proposals, documents, and related content through the service.

You may not use the service to violate law, infringe rights, distribute malicious code, interfere with service operations, bypass access controls, reverse engineer the platform, or send unlawful, deceptive, or abusive communications.

The service may connect with third-party providers such as Google, QuickBooks, DocuSign, Twilio, Trello, or other external systems. Your use of those services is governed by your agreements with those providers, and we are not responsible for third-party products, policies, outages, or data handling practices.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the service at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. We may release updates, remove features, or change functionality in order to improve security, reliability, and product quality.

If the service is offered on a paid basis, you agree to pay applicable fees under the pricing or order terms presented to you. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Systems Advisory Group (SAG), LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Systems Advisory Group (SAG), LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, goodwill, data, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the amounts you paid us for the service during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Systems Advisory Group (SAG), LLC from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your content, your use of the service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law or third-party rights.

We may suspend or terminate access to the service if you breach these Terms, create security risk, fail to pay fees when due, or use the service in a way that could harm the platform or others. You may stop using the service at any time.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version and revise the effective date above. Continued use of the service after the revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the changes.
